Vaesen: The Withering Wick is a gothic folk-horror actual-play using Vaesen by Free League Publishing, set in 1889 Gothenburg where industry and old Scandinavian myth collide. The protective candle wards that once safeguarded this city (and others) are beginning to extinguish, leaving the metropolis vulnerable to the spirits that once called this land of industry home. Our investigators uncover more than they bargained for as every secret threatens to snuff them out entirely.
